yeap, also i can tell you a bunch of facts. like thet have their own compartiment filled with fatty tissue, and it was considered in the past that if u didn't have that fatty tissue u were sick... also the last tweo ribs called false ribs protect the kidneys, the basic unit of the kidney is the nefrone, they filter 180 liters of blood and produce 1.5 liters of urine. the kidneys are wonderfull
